“The law came along to multiply the trespass. But where sin multiplied, grace multiplied even more” Romans 5:20 HCSB
When you make your mistakes bigger than your Messiah, you make His grace of no effect.
Grace is a Person. And by the sacrifice of Himself He abolished your sin forever and offers you the gift of His righteousness by faith through which all else is added!
Everything you receive from your Father is by grace alone. This means you can’t work or perform for it. You could never earn it. It’s not based on your behavior. It’s not measured by your might. And it is NOT withheld when you mess up or miss it.
His grace is to be taken by trust ESPECIALLY when you “feel” unworthy of it! It is to be received by believing His resurrection put you in right standing with God making you a recipient!
Treasured one, there is no hole holding you hostage where His hand doesn’t hem you in tighter. There’s no desert season so desolate His Salvation can’t spring forth into rivers of living water.
His love already went into the depths of hell to pull you out of your pit of destruction and despair.
Whatever weariness you’ve been wearing, whatever lies you’ve been lugging around, whatever failures you’ve been repeating, there is NO condemnation! Your guilt and shame were swallowed up by His mercy on Mt. Zion!
Beloved, lift your eyes off your darkness and put your focus on the Father of lights who showers you FREELY with His lavish love-gifts and in whom there is no shadow, deceit or change.
Look away from your old self which was crucified with Christ and look unto His cross where the NEW Covenant in His blood paid for all you don’t deserve.
His grace never leaves you when you feel like the least of these but is drawn to those painful places in excessive measure.
It’s BECAUSE of what Jesus has already released in your life the enemy is working so hard to keep in you in the mire of unbelief, fear and doubt.
But Thanksgiving is the perfect time to start thanking the Lord for His mega-love, mega-grace and mega-miracles in the midst of it. Your harvest is at hand!
Resting In His Love,
Annalee Reyes
