Beloved, as a believer, your reality is this: the LIGHT of Jesus (which is His very life; the Source of all life) is beaming upon you and streaming through you revealing your spotless innocence in Him regardless of your feelings, thoughts, behavior, performance or lack of it.
His perfect royal blood has made you BLAMELESS in your Father’s sight forever. His righteousness was transferred to you in His resurrection. You have been acquitted of all guilt, condemnation and accusation!
When you believe this, you’ll be less likely to place blame on others for where you feel you’re falling short. In a nutshell, if you think you’re being judged by God, you will be quick to judge.
But Holy Spirit is always convicting you of your right standing in/with God. He is never condemning you of sin or shaming you. Your accuser, the devil, does that. This is why it’s so important to confess, speak and even sing over yourself, “Well I’m BLAMELESS!” (Think Garth Brooks’ song “Shameless,” ha!).
The unbelievers of this world are already living under condemnation for their unbelief in Jesus as their Savior (John 16:9). But you, child of God, are not of this world! You follow after our ‘father of faith,’ Abraham, who simply believed God (not worked his head off to please him) for the promises.
It was his simple trust that made him BLAMELESS before His Abba and heir to all the blessings! We now receive those same promises and blessings because the covenant between God and Abraham was fulfilled in Christ! (See Genesis 15:6 & Galatians 3).
Today, do not allow the enemy to accuse you. You are above reproach; outside the realm of blame, disapproval or disgrace. And this without TRYING to be “holy.” Holiness is a Person. Jesus Himself is your sanctification (1 Corinthians 1:30) which simply means, in Him, you are set apart, hallowed as sacred and honored!
You were hand-picked, chosen and made His very own before He laid the foundation of the universe! So choose to live BLAMELESS before Him. Walk wholly loved and favored in the LIGHT of His presence!
“Even as [in His love] He chose us [actually picked us out for Himself as His own] in Christ before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy (consecrated and set apart for Him) and BLAMELESS in His sight, even above reproach, before Him in love.” Ephesians 1:4 AMPC
“yet Christ has now reconciled you [to God] in His physical body through death, in order to present you before the Father holy and BLAMELESS and beyond reproach—” Colossians 1:22 AMP
