Wherever you go, there you are. That means there Jesus IS, in the midst. He is present. He’s never left you and never could. His plans of profound good for your life haven’t changed. His promises have not been rendered void.
Perhaps your image of Him has been hazed because of the hard-pressed season you’ve been in. In the uncovering of the greatest of evils globally of all time, there seems to be a shaking going on everywhere.
But if you’re feeling it mostly in your soul, that only means one thing: your trust is in something or someone other than Him.
Beloved, you will trust Him to the extent you believe in His radical, undeserved grace and unchanging love. He wants your heart guarded, settled and rooted in His forgiveness, His faithfulness, His finished work, His acceptance and His abundance!
You may be walking through the thick of trouble, but chosen one, He’s already defeated it and renders it powerless by the power of His sinless blood on Calvary. Nothing can stop the destiny He has for you.
You didn’t screw it up.
It’s not too late.
He’s been enlarging you in the wait and preparing you for payback. Yes and Amen, all the enemy has stolen while trying to thwart what Father is blessing, has to be paid back double.
But Jesus waits for you to come back to your Center; to let Him lift your burdens and restore that which He did not take away.
The Lord will revive your weary heart and resurrect what you thought was dead and gone when you turn to Him alone for your comfort and contentment. He will perfect all that concerns you and crush satan under your feet as you abide in His presence and go into peace.
The fear of man is a snare. Don’t look to anyone or anything but the Lord to be your help and hope.
When He repeats Himself in Isaiah 51:12 saying, “I AM, I AM He who comforts you,” He is bringing an exclamation to that Word. The One who’s passion now pleads your cause and provides for you freely wants to be your portion.
In the words of the great Charles Spurgeon, “Look through the darkness, and you shall see your Lord amid the hurricane, walking the waters of politics, ruling national convulsions, governing, overruling, arranging all, making even the wrath of man to praise Him, and restraining it according to His wisdom. Above the howling of the blast, I hear His voice announcing, ‘It is I.’ When men’s hearts sink for fear and the rowers feel their oars ready to snap by the strain of useless toil, I hear that word which is the soul of music: ‘It is I; be not afraid. I am ruling all things. I am coming to the rescue of the bark, My Church; she shall yet float on smooth waters and reach her desired Haven.’”
Let revival start with you. You were born for such a time as this. Cease striving. Yes, just your heart turned to His is the fuel for the turnaround in the saving of yourself, your neighborhood and in our nation unto the nations! He has done it!
“I, I’m the One comforting you. What are you afraid of—or who? Some man or woman who’ll soon be dead? Some poor wretch destined for dust? You’ve forgotten me, God, who made you, who unfurled the skies, who founded the earth. And here you are, quaking like an aspen before the tantrums of a tyrant who thinks he can kick down the world. But what will come of the tantrums? The victims will be released before you know it…”Isaiah 51:12-16 MSG

Jesus has been pursuing you relentlessly all your life. If you’ve never received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you can pray this simple prayer from your heart and become born again, a brand new creation and child of Daddy God, your loving Father:
“Heavenly Father, Thank you for sending your Son for me. I believe He came to earth to be born in the flesh to die my death on the cross. I believe His blood washed my sins away and completely cleansed me. I believe He redeemed me from every curse by becoming my curse and was raised from the dead because I was declared justified and righteous. Jesus, come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior. I am now fully forgiven! I am a child of God, blessed, favored and incomprehensibly loved. In Jesus Name. Amen!”
You did it again! I love this ❤️
