Jesus, More Than Enough

Grace is a Person. Jesus doesn’t have grace, He is grace.

See His love poured out for you. See His pursuit of you. See His tenderness wrapped around you. See His willingness; His heart and longing to heal, provide, restore, revive, and just plain give to you freely because He paid for it with His blood. See His smile over you and look to the cross where He suffered profusely to prove to you He is for you.

His grace is sufficient for you because He is sufficient for you. He is more than enough because His death-conquering resurrection (making you an innocent heir and in perfect right standing with your Father) proved once and for all that His life, love and power are endless.

The Greek definition for the word “sufficient” means “to be possessed of unfailing strength” and to be satisfied and contented. This is your Jesus. He is your portion and defense; your satisfaction and fulfillment.

So instead of loathing your weaknesses and troubles, begin to celebrate that it’s not about you, but your complete dependence on Him! And that your very weak spots are a portal and magnet for HIS strength, power and LIGHT to flow!

Today, just be you. Let go of looking to self and look UNTO Jesus and His pleasure for you, EXPECTING to see His presence manifest in every detail of your life. You rest. He works.

“…but He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you [My lovingkindness and My mercy are more than enough—always available—regardless of the situation]; for [My] power is being perfected [and is completed and shows itself most effectively] in [your] weakness.” Therefore, I will all the more gladly boast in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ [may completely enfold me and] may dwell in me…for when I am weak [in human strength], then I am strong [truly able, truly powerful, truly drawing from God’s strength].” 2 Corinthians‬ ‭12:9-10‬ ‭AMP‬
